please i sended a leap motion support and they never helped me when i am connecting the leap motion to my computer it disconnects my mouse and keyboard and all other devices and no light

I'm not seeing any recent tickets from your email in our ticketing system.

It sounds like you may be overloading the USB hub when the controller is plugged in. Try plugging the controller to your computer through a different port to see if that helps. If you have another computer, try testing the controller on there to see if it works correctly
