OK. I have stepped through integrating the LeapHandController and camera scripts to the OVRPlayerController rig. Here's the steps to give you a working rig:
- In a scene with both the LMHeadMountedRig and OVRPlayerController
- Drag the LeapSpace transform under the CenterEyeAnchor of the OVRPlayerController
- Drag three components from the Leap Center CenterEyeAnchor to the OVRPlayerController's CenterEyeAnchor
- EnableDepthBuffer
- LeapImageRetriever
- LeapVRCameraControl
- Delete the old LMHeadMountedRig
Note: If you want to have Leap Passthrough video, change the CenterEyeAnchor's ClearFlags to "Solid Color". Otherwise, you can disable the QuadBackground gameObject in the hierarchy
To address your warning message: If you press Apply on the OVRPlayerController prefab or drag the prefab to a project folder, then you will get the warning error again. This is because in this beta release (Core Asset Orion 4.0.0), we don't support making the LeapHandController part of another prefab. We'll work on improving this workflow.
