Hi all,
I am actually trying to make the app Soundscape VR to work using the Oculus SDK2 and Leap motion as a controller as found here https://sandersnake.itch.io/soundscape-vr.
When just the Leap Motion is plugged in, it works as expected, but the camera cannot turn because there is no goggle for sensor motion. When the Oculus is the only thing plugged in, it pseudo works; I can look around using the goggles via the computer screen, but there is no vision through the Oculus and I cannot interact with anything. But when both are plugged in, the Oculus essentially is not being recognized and will not shift the image, but the Leap Motion still works as a controller.
The main issues here are that the vision is not being displayed through the Oculus, and that when both the Oculus and Leap Motion are plugged in, the Oculus' motion is not being recognized.
I have downloaded all of the newest updates for Leap Motion Orion and Oculus Rift as of Sunday and downloaded the version of Soundscape VR for Windows (I am running it on Windows 10). The only possible discontinuity I could possibly see from Soundscapes download site is that Oculus is being run in Direct HMD mode, which I haven't looked into exactly what that is. Any advice would be appreciated
