Hi @caseyleesharp, I'm sorry that you're still having problems using your HP Envy. I'll do my best to help you through this.
Let's start by making sure that the Leap Motion software is not currently installed. You can check this by going to the Windows Control Panel, clicking 'Programs and Features', and then looking for Leap Motion in the list of applications. If it's there, double-click to uninstall it, and make sure you select the checkbox called 'Remove Airspace Apps'.
Then, download the latest Leap Motion software installer from the following link and double-click it to install. This should work around any issues you're seeing with the 'auto update' feature (when you were getting the NSIS error).

After installing the software, make sure you simultaneously press the 'Fn' key and the space bar before signing into Airspace Home. When you do, a white light next to the controller will turn on, and the Leap Motion Windows tray icon will turn green.
