Is there any kind of error code that pops up when this occurs? Does App Home itself crash or does the 3D Night Vision app crash?
Try uninstalling the Leap Motion software and doing a fresh installation to see if that resolves the issue for you
If App Home itself is crashing, please provide a copy of the log.txt file located in %localappdata%\Airspace so we can take a look.
If the issue is specific to the 3D Night Vision application, it sounds like a known issue with the program. In this case, I would recommend contacting the developer directly at lmnv@imaging3d.com so they can assist with further troubleshooting.
