Sorry for the late update. They've responded and have requested some additional information to see if we can figure out what's causing the issue.
For the ttpreso directory you created, could you check what the absolute path is? You can do so b selecting the folder in the OS X Finder, then hit Command+i to summon Get Info. Click and drag alongside âWhereâ to select the path, then hit Command+C to copy the full path to the clipboard and paste it here.
Then, check the rights and owner of the directory by clicking the arrow alongside âSharing & Permissionsâ to reveal the ownership and permissions options and make sure the account you are logged into has read/write access.
Once you do that, we need to get some info from a file Leap motion creates, which is supposed to be in "~/Library/Preferences/DSS/auth.plist"
"~" means "path to users home directory"
Please verify that it exists also check the rights and owner of that folder.
