The installer that comes with v2.1.1 of the SDK now includes both the x86 and x64 VS 2013 redistributables. Assuming you ran that installer, you don't need to do anything with those or msvc*120.dll anymore.
You could have other problems preventing loading of LeapJava.dll. Have you properly entered it as a native library dependency for LeapJava.jar in Eclipse? Is Leap.dll still next to LeapJava.dll in your directory structure?
Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit Java?
One heavy hammer to try is copying x64\Leap.dll and x64\LeapJava.dll to C:\Windows\System32 (assuming you are using 64-bit Java). Of course, remember to remove those files from the system directory when done with this experiment.
If still nothing works, you can try running Dependency Walker (x64) on LeapJava.dll to see if it's a different missing dependency.
