I have that problem pretty often as well especially in the new airspace version 1.0.9. Sometimes this helps: drag the offending app, in this case AirInput, into the trash (there's a small trash symbol on the lower right corner of the airspace home), then, restart airspace home, click on the trash symbol and reinstall the deleted app.
If that doesn't help, there's still the option of going into AppData (it's a hidden folder directly in your Windows users folder, if you're using a Mac, then there will be a similar folder in your user's home). Delete everything that has to do with AirInput (in Windows you find in the folder local/airspaceapps/and AirInput folder, delete that, you'll also find a couple icons in airspace (the folder), it's possible you should delete those as well but you don't have to. There is an AirInput folder in roaming too but that's unlikely to be necessary.
Another easier option would be to deinstall airspace home and reinstall the 1.0.8 version which may not have the same bug, and thus that would be the solution.
I'm merely pointing this out in case it hasn't been noticed yet, so that the next version doesn't have these problems. The issue may prevent several users from updating an app.
